We were supposed to go straight to the dunes and the beach on the Danish North Sea coast for a photo shoot that afternoon in April - but the weather had other plans.

 

There were thick clouds in the sky, the wind was blowing strongly and it started to rain. Without further ado, we started the after-wedding shoot of these two loved ones not outside, but in the small orangery of the vacation accommodation.

 

The rain pattered against the windows from outside, while we made ourselves comfortable inside with beautiful background music. 

 

It had been a few years since their wedding. They had said "I do" to each other in the winter and now took the opportunity to take some relaxed couple photos as newlyweds in a different setting after the actual wedding. 

 

When it stopped raining, we went to the beach together. The wind was blowing strongly through the grass. It was slowly getting darker and the lighthouse in the background began to work. 

 

After a walk through the dunes, we headed down to the beach. We made the most of the last light of the day, listened to the sound of the sea and captured some great memories along the way.
